Mrs. Soy’s journey with coffee began decades ago, cultivating Robusta beans. In 2000, she expanded her horizons by planting Arabica coffee on her 6.7 hectares of land. Today, her plantation thrives with both varieties, shaded by towering trees and tended with care.

Since joining Slow Cooperative, Mrs Soy has embraced modern coffee processing techniques, transforming her red cherries into premium parchment and green beans. Despite challenges like pests, rust, and unpredictable weather, her passion and perseverance shine through.
